Journey to Czech Republic [4]
Like in many Czech towns, people travel by tram.
Thursday 21th
Visit of the 400 year old distillery of the famous « slivovice ».
70 people are employed in this factory where the employees start working at 6 a.m. like in all the factories in the country.
Slivovice is plum brandy which is typical of the area .
Private individuals can come and make their own distillation with their own fruit.
Every year there is a competition of the best brandy .
